It feels SO good to be back home.
The tree is down, the suitcases are unpacked, and we have finally been reunited with our little Wallace.
I cooked a great big pot of soup last night in honor of our homecoming.
This is a delicious recipe, adapted from Giada de Laurentis’ Giada’s Family Dinner’s cookbook. The flavors are layered beautifully, and the result is warm and filling without being too heavy. My only change would be to add less pasta.
