the blahs

I get to feelin’ so blah somedays. Sometimes for no reason. 25 (almost 26) years later and I’m finally figuring out some ways to kick the blahs in the arse.

Go for a walk

Run — run hard until you’re out of breath

Make a big pot of coffee

Eat some chocolate

Write down what you’re thankful for.

Go for a drive

listen to a good beat

dance
