roasted broccoli and goat cheese pasta

-1 head of broccoli, chopped & roasted

-3-4 oz soft goat cheese

-1/4 cup chopped sundried tomates

-1 box of whole wheat penne

-1/2 cup lemon juice

-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

-3tsp dried rosemary

-salt & pepper

-Roat vegetables & boil pasta

-Mix olive oil & lemon choice w/ pepper, salt and rosemary

-Chop sundried tomatoes

-Add broccoli, tomatoes and goat cheese to pasta while pasta is still hot

-Pour dressing on top & mix
