Lately I’ve been craving salads (in varying degrees of healthy forms). Birthday dinner? Salad. Valentines dinner? Salad. Workday lunches? Salad (though generally without bacon!). Here’s a recipe the best one I’ve had in months.
-Mushrooms sauteed in some extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic
-Thick cut smoked bacon
-2 cloves garlic
-~1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-1 tsp of coarse mustard
-1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
*Makes enough for 2-3 salads
