Cobb Salad

I’ve been wanting a Cobb Salad since I saw it on the Early Girl Eatery menu earlier this week. This homemade salad, using eggs from the hens, didn’t disappoint. The recipe is obvious, but I’ll share anyway.

-2-3 cups of romaine

-1 slice of cooked bacon (this was thick sliced from Greenlife)

-2 Tbsp of blue cheese

-1 Tbsp dried cranberries* 

-1 chopped egg

-A sprinkle of chopped walnuts

Dressing

-1 Tbsp olive oil

-2 tsp balsamic vinegar

-1 clove garlic

-1/2 tsp of grainy mustard
